We will discuss different mindfulness and meditation techniques and walk through a guided relaxation meditation Be ready to take notes and then relax! This workshop is for everyone, whether you are a beginner or have years of experience in meditation. Feel free to bring a pillow and/or blanket to help you be comfortable.
